Exterior-  The exterior of the building is Zipwall with plywood and rubber membrane including an ice and water shield. The siding is Flexo span corrugated metal with Cedar Plank accents around the front and rear entries. The envelope of the building will be pressure tested and incredibly tight.

Soundproofing-  In addition to sound insulating foam, cellulose and Icynene insulation, Full air separation cavity between units 2hr assembly wall with STC 60+ rating. (½” gypsum board 2x4 wall air space with 2 layers of gypsum friction fit shaft liner and 3 ½ in ROK Whole insulation.

Insulation Cellulose and Icynene-  Cellulose insulation can cut your heating and cooling bills by as much as40%. Cellulose Insulation is environmentally friendly, made of 80-85% recycled newsprint. The manufacturing process of the cellulose fivers have a higher density and R-value than many other insulation types, providing exceptional blockage against air infiltration. This insulation also provides proven sound control and exceeds tough fire standards.
